Green, Camomile and Rooibos tea packaging design
When you first pick up a box of tea, the experience starts long before the first sip. The look, the feel, and the design of the packaging set the stage for what’s inside. That’s why our tea packaging design focuses on more than just aesthetics — it’s about telling the story of the brand in a way that connects instantly with your customers.
Background Concept: The textured backgrounds were designed to mimic the gentle spilling of tea onto paper, leaving a natural stain. This technique adds depth, warmth, and authenticity, making each package feel handmade and organic.
Colour Palette: Each tea type guided the colours as explained in the block below.
Typography: A sans-serif font (Source Sans Variables) was chosen for readability and elegance. A serif typeface (enique Amandine font) communicates tradition and trust, while subtle modern touches keep the brand fresh and approachable.
Style: Minimalist design with strong focal imagery ensures the tea type is immediately recognisable, while decorative botanical elements add storytelling layers.
Every tea has its own character, and we wanted each box to reflect that personality. The Chamomile Tea is calm and soothing, with soft golden tones and delicate flowers that suggest relaxation. The Green Tea with Jasmine feels fresh and uplifting, its light green palette echoing the crisp notes of the tea itself. And the Rooibos Tea uses warm, earthy reds and yellows, symbolising strength and natural richness.
